Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products & Services Due to the immediate, accessible nature of digital goods, all sales of digital downloads and digital services are strictly final and non-refundable.

Physical Products: All Sales Are Final For physical items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for "buyer's remorse" or changes of heart. Please review all items carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Physical Items The only exception to our All Sales Final policy is if you receive a physical item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

  • Time Limit: You must notify us of a defective or damaged physical item within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • How to Report: Please email us at returns@gaposgarage.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Upon receiving the defective item, we will issue a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Any claims made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
